The Touch Screen will be situated in your reception area and displays a welcome message with the name of your practice.

It is very simple for the patient to use and easy for you to configure. You can configure the Touch Screen to display an impromptu message to the patient on arrival.

The patient simply touches the screen a few times to choose their gender and date of birth. You can choose the method in which you want your patients to enter their details. The system then matches t  he p  atient to any appointments booked within a time window set by you. The patient is then marked as arrived on your appointments system and instructed where to wait.

You can easily set up the touchscreen to send different patients to different waiting areas.

If the system happens to find more than one patient of the same gender and date of birth then it continues to ask questions such as surname until it can identify the patient. In the rare circumstances of not being able to identify a unique patient or the system cannot find an appointment booked in the time window the system will simply ask the patient to go to reception.
 
You can add a message against individual staff members. This message will display to your patients on the finish screen. This is perfect if, for example, you would like to tell your patients that their doctor is running a bit late.

New - If you share your building with another surgery our touch screens can now arrive patients for either of you. You can even use two different types of clinical system!

Multilingual

You have the option to add or remove languages from your touch screen. Your patients can then choose their specific language by selecting their national flag on the welcome screen. Any language can be easily added if we don't have one you would need. We would just ask you to fill out a short translation form. The current languages available are: Danish, English, French, Polish, Italian, Welsh, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Magyar.
