Our Support Package
The Wiggly Touch Screen is extremely reliable. The only moving part in the system is the computers hard disc drive which is designed to give at least 5 years of service. But things can go wrong, and if they do we're always here to help!
We have developed a support strategy for our touch screens to ensure that you are fully covered for problems and failures.
If your Touch Screen is not performing as it should – call our help desk on 01263 834648 (manned during office hours). We will diagnose the fault and hopefully provide the fix there and then.
For any software issue we have a dial-in capability that enables us to try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible whist your Touch Screen is in situ.
If there is a hardware problem, we send out a replacement Touch Screen. We would ask you to return your Touch Screen in the packaging that the replacement arrives in and it will be fixed and returned as quickly as possible if necessary.
Our Touch Screen Support Package costs just £200.00 (excl.VAT) per year.
